Once you complete the 3-month pilot and submit your end-of-pilot feedback report, your merchant account unlocks a 40% lifetime discount.
  • Automatic Application: Applied automatically to all future recurring renewals for the core Tingub Merchant + Tingub POS platform.
  • Long-Term Savings: Protects your operating costs as your business grows.
Scope Note: The 40% lifetime discount applies exclusively to the core Tingub Merchant + Tingub POS platform used during the pilot. Future standalone modules or separate companion apps remain priced at standard rates.

  • High-Priority Bug Fixes (Category A): Any platform errors or workflow bugs you report are treated as top-priority items and fixed at zero cost.
  • Custom Feature Deployment (Category B): Feature requests and workflow enhancements submitted in your feedback report are formally scored on our internal feasibility matrix. High-scoring requests (15/20+) are accepted, coded, and deployed directly into the live product build.
